The spreadsheet dies in month three.
Too many columns to fill in by hand, and none for the things that actually decided the trade.
More than 50 fields per trade, analytics that answer back when you click a chart, and a prop firm simulator running the exact rules of Apex, Alpha Futures, Lucid and MFFU. No noise, no features you will never open.

THE PROBLEM
Most trades get logged in a spreadsheet nobody opens again. The data is already there — what's missing is something that reads it.
Too many columns to fill in by hand, and none for the things that actually decided the trade.
Knowing you win 58% of the time says nothing about which setup, at what hour, or after how many losses.
The daily limit and the trailing drawdown keep counting on their own. You usually find out once it is already done.
Screenshots, mistakes made, notes and tags come next, in the real form.
TRADING JOURNAL
Over fifty fields per trade, because the answer to "why did this work" is never in the P&L column alone.
ANALYTICS
Every bar, every heatmap cell and every slice has the trades behind it. One click opens the list — nothing to export, no filters to rebuild by hand.
The figures in the panels below illustrate the shape of each view. They are not anyone's results.

Running balance, trade by trade

PROP SIMULATOR
Pick the firm, the phase and the account size: the limits below are computed by the same engine the application runs over your real trades.
Example scenario: four trading days, three closed and one in the red. The limits it is measured against are the firm's real ones.
On trackThe rules live in the engine, not written by hand into each account — which is why MFFU shows no daily loss limit in either phase, and Alpha Futures has none during evaluation. The trading day rolls at 17:00 New York time, the way the firms count it.
WHERE IT CAME FROM
AlphaDeck started as the internal platform of a private trading mentorship: students logging trades every day, a teacher giving feedback trade by trade, a leaderboard, recordings, templates. That mentorship still runs on it under its own identity — which is why the journaling core had months of real use before there was a single public customer.
The solo version is that same core without the teacher's half: same calculation engine, same analytics, same prop simulator. No class, no third-party content, nothing in it that isn't yours.
Mentorship data and solo accounts are isolated by row-level security at the database level, with automated isolation tests in the repository.
ROADMAP
Nothing in this section is in the application today. It is here to show the direction of the product, not to promise a date.
Patterns found in your own journal, written out as a sentence — how your win rate moves after two losses in a row, for instance.
Ask about your own data in plain language and get the answer with the numbers behind it.
Spotting a run of losses in a short window and suggesting a break, based on your own history.
Upload the chart image and have the trade fields come back pre-filled.
A summary generated and emailed every Monday.
Stripe, a trial, and a subscription portal. None of it is wired up yet.

FAQ
You can read all of it: every analytics view, the trade list and each trade in full, the journal, the prop simulator, theme and language. The account holds about 150 trades so the charts have something to show. What you cannot do is change it — the demo is one account shared by every visitor and it is read-only, so forms open and buttons click but nothing is saved. Create an account and it is all yours to write to.
A complete account with around 150 trades already in it, and nothing to configure. Read-only, shared, and it asks for nothing in return.
